Antique Clock Repair has been restoring antique clocks for over 20 years. The business was founded by David Brandon, a master clockmaker with a passion for preserving antique time and strike clocks. These are the type that wind up and have pendulums. We specialize in clocks that are 100+ years old.
Sometimes a clock has a very simple problem that keeps it from running. Sometimes a bit more complex. We can get it working. Maybe it just needs a tune up. I can get to the bottom of the problem and let you decide how to proceed.
When transporting an antique clock, always remove the pendulum weight. On hanging clocks, it is usually attached behind the 6. Hold the clock from the bottom when lifting and do not tilt the clock. Do not oil your clock with WD40.
